Reporting a conversion problem
The converter runs entirely in your browser, so we never see your files and can’t look up a failed conversion on our side. To help us reproduce the problem, please include:
- Your browser and device (for example Chrome on Windows, or Safari on iPhone).
- The file size, triangle count and watertight status shown in the converter.
- The options you used: units and whether “Merge flat faces” was on.
- What you expected and what happened, plus any error message you saw.
Please don’t attach confidential or client files. If a public model shows the same problem (for example one from Printables or Thingiverse), a link to it is ideal. Before writing, it may also help to read the frequently asked questions.
What happens to your email
